Come visit six small restaurant spaces nestled amongst the trees that share a large open-air patio overlooking a public one-acre dog park. With rolling terrain and huge oak trees, the restored and reclaimed construction of The Shacks compliments the natural beauty of the area. This is one of Austin Ranch’s hottest destinations.
Come enjoy a variety of restaurant concepts with a mix of dining, drinking and coffee options. From burgers and tacos to empanadas and beer rooms there is something for everyone! In case food isn’t enough of a draw, the event schedule is jam packed most nights of the week including live music and dog inspired events such as adoption days and mobile vets!
The Shacks is built for play – both on and off the field. Enjoy food and drinks on the expansive patio overlooking the dog park, with convenient ordering available from inside the park. Separate areas for large and small dogs feature benches and play structures, while City Futsal brings even more energy to the destination with soccer programs and activities for players of all ages.

This is such a fun place to get some food and take your dog. You can let your dog play in the dog park and chose from several different small restaurants. It would be a great place to take the family because everyone could get whatever type of food they want….
